Investment

For the offer outlined above we charge a fixed amount of € 3.750,-. An advance note will be sent for this amount which must be paid before the work is started. This amount covers the patent costs for the protection in the Netherlands for the first 3 years and trademark protection in the Benelux for the first 10 years. After these periods, maintenance fees will become due, for which quotations will be sent to you in advance.

PATENT
A patent granted on a patent application within this program is of the same quality as all our patents. Included are:

• 1 patent application with a maximum of 10 claims drafted in English or Dutch
• 1 round of corrections
• 1 search of the “national type”

In case more claims, additional reviews and comments or a an accelerated delivery date are desired, a cost indication will be issued for this additional work in advance.

TRADEMARK
Trademark registration is only provided if it is deemed feasible by LIOC following the Trademark Check. Included are:

• 1 Trademark Check
• 1 Benelux trademark registration with 1 class of goods or services
• 6 months of trademark watch

If more classes of goods or services are desired, or if the Trademark Check reveals that the registration is not feasible without additional work, a cost indication will be issued in advance.

If after the first meeting with the Patent Attorney and after the Trademark Check it is decided not to grant a voucher, not costs will be charged.
